What services do you offer? Is it just design or do you also handle execution?
At Latitude Design, we provide a truly end-to-end Building and interior service — from concept through construction. Here's how we deliver that:
Concept & DesignWe begin with a detailed consultation to understand your needs, style, and space. Then our in-house team of designers and engineers develops a concept, schematic layouts, mood boards, and visualisations.
Technical & Procurement PlanningWe produce comprehensive working drawings—covering electrical, carpentry, finishes, etc.—alongside a full cost estimate. With procurement handled by us, we source all furnishings, fixtures, and materials to match the design vision.
Execution & SupervisionA dedicated site manager oversees daily operations: coordinating with vendors, monitoring quality, resolving issues, and ensuring schedules are adhered to. Our internal quality audits and regular site visits mean we're actively involved in construction—not just design delivery.
Handover & BeyondAt completion, we walk you through the finished space to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. Our commitment continues with post-handover support to address any follow-up needs.
What is included in the design fee? What about project execution?
The design fee covers space planning, concepts, mood boards, 3D views, working drawings, and selection of materials and finishes. Project execution (if opted) includes estimation, coordination with vendors, site visits, quality checks, and ensuring timelines are met.
Do you take on renovation projects or only new builds?
We take on both — as long as it's a residential interior design project. At the moment, we are not taking up architectural or commercial design work.
How does the process work, and what are the stages?
It starts with understanding your requirements, followed by furniture layout and mood boards, concept design, approvals, working drawings, and finally project management (if opted). Each stage is collaborative, with regular check-ins.
How long will the design process take?
Typically, 3–5 weeks depending on the size and scope of the project.
How much time will the execution phase require?
Execution can take 8–12 weeks depending on complexity, size, and availability of materials.
Can you work within my budget? How do you ensure cost control?
Yes. We design with your budget in mind and offer options to help you make informed choices on materials and finishes.
Who will be my main point of contact?
You'll be assigned a dedicated Project manager, and your design lead will stay closely involved throughout.
How often will we meet or get updates?
Weekly updates and milestone reviews are standard. Urgent matters are handled as needed.
Will I be able to review and suggest changes to the designs?
Absolutely. Your feedback is integral to the process, and we accommodate revisions at key design stages.
What if I don't have a clear idea of what I want?
That's what we're here for. We'll help you define your style through a questionnaire, discussions, and visual references.
Can I share Pinterest boards or reference images?
Please do! It helps us understand your taste and expectations more clearly.
What quality checks do you have in place?
We use checklists at key stages, approve samples before bulk production, and verify every detail on-site.
